From July 29 to 30, 2025, Huashui Tax Agency (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. held its 2025 first-half work summary conference and the "Gathering New Strength • Building Dreams for a New Era" themed education event at the Bulang River Women’s Militia Desert Control Base. The event aimed to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, actively respond to the call of the China Registered Tax Agents Association and the Provincial Association for the themed education campaign "New Social Stratum in the Tax Industry Contributing to Chinese Modernization," while strengthening team communication, igniting staff enthusiasm, and enhancing overall efficiency to lay a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable growth.

General Manager Zhang Qiaoyan comprehensively summarized the work of Xi’an HQ, the parent company, and Party-building initiatives. Addressing H1 shortcomings, she outlined key H2 priorities, emphasizing adherence to the annual tenets:

In the evening, Ms. Mi Xue, Head Teacher of Huaxue Enxue’s "Roots of the Motherland" Summer Camp, led a training session on "Where Traditional Culture Meets Business Etiquette." Drawing from profound cultural wisdom, she explained the essence of "Li" (ritual/propriety) through four dimensions: heart, form, application, and outcome, highlighting its roots in respect and gratitude.

On July 30, Party Building activities commenced with a vivid Party lecture by Comrade Lei Runfeng from the Municipal Party School, titled "Drawing Wisdom and Strength from a Century of CPC Struggle." Connecting Party history to contemporary practice, he stressed:
"Socialism is built through action. As professionals in tax and legal services, we must uphold unity and dedication — this defines our character. We shall showcase our integrity, insight, and wisdom to enrich this era."

Staff then visited the Desert Control Exhibition Hall and National Defense Weapons Square, learning about the Women’s Militia’s heroic desert-control efforts. Team-building activities like "60-Second Challenge," "Drum Ball Toss," and "Unfalling Forest" further strengthened collaboration and communication.
