On the afternoon of September 8, 2025, lawyers Liu Tianyong and Jiang Zhenghe from Beijing Huashui Law Firm were invited by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Lawyers Association to deliver a special lecture titled "Tax Compliance in Key Industries and Practice of Representing Complex Cases" during the 10th "Beijiang Lawyers Lecture Hall".

Zhang Ruihe, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of the Judicial Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region's Lawyer Industry, attended this training session. Banarisu, Vice President of the Autonomous Region Lawyers Association, presided over the training. Over 900 lawyer representatives from across the Autonomous Region participated in the training.

Lawyers Liu Tianyong and Jiang Zhenghe closely addressed the economic development needs of the Autonomous Region, focusing on the characteristics of high-risk tax areas. They systematically analyzed practical issues such as tax-related risks in the coal industry, online freight transportation industry, agricultural products, and border trade. The presentation provided an in-depth interpretation of regulatory red lines and inspection trends in these sectors. Using real cases, they detailed the full-chain response strategy of "risk anticipation - compliance guidance - dispute resolution", offering practical guidance for lawyers handling administrative, criminal, and other tax-related cases.
