To improve the capabilities of local construction enterprises in preventing and responding to fiscal and tax risks, ensure their fiscal and tax compliance, reduce tax costs, and promote the healthy and stable development of the construction industry, the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Dianbai District, in conjunction with the District Construction Industry Association, organized a Construction Industry Fiscal and Tax Risk Control Training Course at Dianbai Construction College on December 5.

Participants included responsible persons of relevant construction enterprises across the district, deputy general managers in charge of fiscal and tax affairs, chief accountants, financial directors, as well as heads of relevant fiscal and tax businesses. As a pillar industry of Dianbai District’s economic development, the construction sector plays a vital role in advancing urban construction, absorbing employment, and safeguarding people’s livelihoods.

Leaders of the District Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development urged the practitioners to cherish this opportunity, set aside work to focus on in-depth learning, identify gaps and strengthen their knowledge through the training; emphasize the application of what they have learned, combine it with their enterprises’ actual situations and difficulties to convert knowledge into the ability to solve problems and prevent risks; and strictly observe disciplines and rules, attend classes on time, and demonstrate a good professional demeanor.

The training invited senior experts from Huashui Tax Firm (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to deliver lectures. Focusing on the core fiscal and tax pain points of the industry, the training highlighted two key modules: fiscal and tax risk control and compliance strategies for qualification affiliation of construction enterprises, and fiscal and tax risk identification and response for construction labor services. It dissected risk points through practical cases and provided actionable compliance solutions. An interactive Q&A and consulting session was also arranged on-site, where experts answered enterprises’ practical fiscal and tax problems one-on-one.

Representatives of participating enterprises stated that the training content was highly targeted, effectively resolving many puzzles in daily fiscal and tax management, and providing professional guidance for enterprises to standardize fiscal and tax management and avoid operational risks.
