To thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, warmly celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and further integrate Party building with professional tax-related services, Huashui Tax Agents (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. organized an all-staff 2026 Semi-Annual Work Summary Conference and themed activity on July 27–28. Centered on the theme of "Party Building as Guide, Digital Intelligence Empowerment, Compliance as Foundation, Pragmatism for Breakthroughs," the event comprehensively reviewed first-half performance, advanced digital transformation, drew inspiration from revolutionary heritage, and rallied all employees behind the development targets for the second half of the year.

On July 27, all personnel gathered at the meeting room in Yulin to commence the conference. At the opening session, attendees viewed a training video on client-facing business etiquette to standardize service protocols and enhance the firm's professional service brand image.

Subsequently, Kang Hongyan, Director of Business, conducted an in-depth review of overall business operation data for the first half of the year, thoroughly analyzed the strengths and existing shortcomings of business development, and clarified the core approaches to improving business quality and efficiency. Afterwards, heads of the Xi'an, Yulin, Fugu, and Shenmu branches and subsidiaries delivered special work reports respectively. Combining the local business realities of their respective regions, they presented performance outcomes, laid out development plans, and defined implementation measures, fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility and developmental strength of all branches and subsidiaries. Zhang Qiaoyan, General Manager, delivered a comprehensive summary covering the remarkable achievements in Party building, operational management, and R&D and launch of digital products during the first half of the year. She also reflected profoundly on work deficiencies and precisely assigned key tasks for Party building, business operations, and digital transformation in the second half of the year, charting a clear course for the firm's development in the latter half of 2026.

In the evening, all staff watched the corporate documentary Guo Jianxiong: The Growth Journey of AVIC Fasten Group, followed by a company-wide learning and sharing session themed "Become a Clear-Sighted Leader Shaping the Family's Destiny." Staff exchanged insights and shared experiences by relating them to daily work, family life, corporate collective learning, and Huaxue learning takeaways, gaining abundant inspiration. The sharing session concluded with a collective viewing of the keynote speech video for the 105th anniversary of the CPC founding.

On the morning of July 28, all employees visited the Shimao National Archaeological Site Park, a designated Party building practice base, to participate in an immersive revolutionary education program.

Along the study route, the group toured Shimao Museum, the Shimao Archaeological Ruins, Weiyinghua Courtyard, the Great Wall Exhibition Hall, the Integrity Education Exhibition Hall, the Li Dengying Exhibition Hall, Shi Xianzhou's Former Residence, and the Hongxinyi Party Building Classroom. They closely examined local revolutionary history and absorbed the revolutionary spirit of the predecessors while receiving on-site integrity and warning education. Countless revolutionary stories and precious historical relics enabled all staff to deeply appreciate the great power of the century-long Party building spirit, and to fully recognize the vital importance of integrity and compliant operations for the tax service industry.
