The pilot work of corporate compliance reform refers to the procuratorial organs dealing with criminal cases involving enterprises. While making decisions not to approve arrests or not to prosecute according to law, or proposing lenient sentencing suggestions based on the system of confession and punishment, they focus on the specific crimes suspected by the enterprises, supervise the enterprises involved in the cases to make compliance commitments and actively rectify and implement them. This promotes enterprises to operate in compliance with laws and regulations, reduces and prevents corporate crimes, and achieves the organic unity of political, legal, and social effects of judicial cases. Carrying out the pilot work of corporate compliance reform is an inevitable requirement for implementing the overall rule of law in the country. It is conducive to legally protecting the property rights and legitimate rights and interests of various market entities, including private entrepreneurs, maintaining the harmonious and stable development of enterprises and society, promoting the healthy development of market entities, and creating a good rule-of-law business environment.
