To enhance communication, foster consensus, and establish a platform for resource sharing between associations, a delegation of eight led by Lin Dian, the President of Hainan Provincial Certified Tax Agents Association (referred to as Hainan Tax Association), visited Sichuan Provincial Certified Tax Agents Association (referred to as Sichuan Tax Association) on July 20, 2023. Sun Ping, Chairman of Huashui Haikou (referred to as Haikou Huashui), attended the meeting.

In the face of the opportunities brought by the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, industry professionals emphasized the need to actively seize these opportunities, fully leverage the advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port's independent legislation, and navigate high-quality development through effective legislation.

The discussion extended to the development of party building initiatives, with an agreement on the crucial role of party building in guiding and promoting the in-depth integration of party building with business operations. Both provincial associations expressed their commitment to taking a leading role in aligning party building with business operations, ensuring coordinated planning, progress, and implementation, thereby moving party building and business operations forward together.
